Seller: Letter and CV, an independent product run by its founder, Ahmad Thariq Syauqi, from Indonesia. We answer WhatsApp and email during Indonesian daytime hours (GMT+7), so a reply can take a few hours.
There is no checkout page yet. You buy directly from us in a chat, which also means a real person answers your questions.

We reply with the payment options available in your country and the total of US$9. You pay only after you agree.
After the payment is confirmed we send a code like LCV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX in the same chat, with your order number. Keep that message: it is your receipt and your backup.
Open the editor, choose "Unlock premium" and paste the code. It is checked once and then remembered in that browser. Your documents never leave your device.
Each preview is rendered by the same engine that creates your PDF, filled with a fictional sample. Every design keeps one reading column with real text.

Most people need a resume and a cover letter for a few weeks, then not again for a year or two. A subscription is a poor fit for that, and trials that turn into a charge every four weeks are easy to forget. So the Premium Pass is a single purchase: you pay US$9 once and keep using the premium templates you unlocked.
The free tier is the real product, not a demo. You can write, check and download a complete resume, CV and cover letter without paying. Premium is for people who want more design choice and a cover letter that visually matches their resume.
If the Premium Pass is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase in the same WhatsApp chat or by email to [email protected]. We refund the full US$9 using the method you paid with, and the license code stops working.
This policy adds to your rights; it does not replace them. If the consumer law where you live gives you more, that law applies.
